I'm Talkin' Tile- Carrera Marble Backsplash Tiles....

Ignore the yucky black and khaki border on this sample, but I LOVE the satin carrera marble subway tiles....and I'm leaning this way for the new kitchen!

I think this might look cool to mix it up pairing with the carrera subway tiles, maybe over the gas range?

I couldn't help but take a pic of this display in the store, as I LOVE those blue glass subway tiles.  Aren't they gorgeous?

Anyone know of any specific names of pretty grey paint colors they have seen on kitchen cabinets?

Happy Wednesday Folks!

  1. I love the subway tile look. As long and the black accents are gone away. The little tile might be to much behind the range. Just a wall the marble tile would be plenty.

  6. Are you really going to paint your kitchen cabinets? I've thought about having ours painted when I do a little remodel. I LOVE Carrera. That would be beautiful.

  7. We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms and tried lots of grays. They all change so much depending on the lighting in the room and different times of the day. We had fun testing a bunch of different grays. One we really liked was Martha Stewart Bedford Gray.

  8. Ooo I'm so excited for you!! I LOVE anything carrera :)
We recently painted our kitchen Benjamin Moore's Gray Owl - gorgeous! Super light and airy and a tinge of green at night with the lights on (http://wp.me/pO1Ng-eQ). We also just had our entry painted in Sherwin Williams Gray Matters, a darker more 'true' gray.
Grays are hard, def sample them on different walls before you commit, but I know your kitchen will be gorg in the end!!
