My new rug arrived! It is super soft and comfortable and I am in love with the pattern. (thank goodness because that would be a booger to return)

Did I already blog about this? I'm having one of those days.....geez. I am on day 3 of the Paleo diet, and just started yesterday with my new trainer to get back into crossfit and I feel like a corpse. Nice, huh? Anyone else have experience with the Paleo diet? Any book suggestions?
