Danielle Oakey Interiors- Emory's Bedroom!

Hi, I am Danielle from Danielle Oakey Interiors. I am so happy to be here today while Shelli is off enjoying the beach!

I finally finished Emory's bedroom and I am so excited to share it with you.
Her bedroom was a big project on a very little budget.
Almost every item in the room was a DIY project or a thrift store find.

I made the silhouette plates, headboard, blue pillows and drapery. I painted the lamps, stripes, mirrors, side tables, and bookcase.

When beginning the design, all I had was a mattress and a box-spring.

This last week I finally finished her gallery wall.
I added the Ikea bookcase and wicker baskets to store her toys.

I am really happy with the way it turned out.
Almost all of her toys fit in the bookcase, yipee!

I think the black and white pictures of Emory added the perfect personal touch to the room.

The best part, I was able to complete the room for $650.00...and I am exhausted!
Hope you like it!

Thanks so much for having me!
Danielle

Thank you Danielle for sharing such a WOWZER of a room!  I mean, the headboard, fun color on the side tables and over all thought that went into sweet Emory's bedroom is incredible -and that budget?  Now I just feel unworthy ;)
Ya'll head over to Danielle's blog...its a good one!
