*GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED*

Did anyone see this pillow in my home tour?
Did you ask yourself, what does Tetelesti mean?
Tetelesti is from the Greek word Tetelestai which means "It is Finished."
"It is Finished" as recorded in the Book of John (19:30), are the last words that Jesus spoke on the cross.

Look at the gorgeous crosses and signs in the background!

Wouldn't these be sweet in a nursery?

The shop is in downtown Franklin, TN (by P.D's)
They have chic pillows, signs, and other home furnishings with Gods Word
(K has a sweet little white stool that says Jesus loves Me in her nursery)
They will gladly take orders over the phone or email
They can do custom orders and can email you pics of more inventory if you are interested.

Thank you so much for the give-a-way and also for the address of the shop!!! We live near Knoxville, TN!!! What a precious Sunday post!!! HOPE you have a blessed week!

  21. I just clicked on you via a blog hop and wow!! It's a two-fer! Not only is your house and blog amazing but you must live in the Franklin/Nashville area like me! I read a few posts back and totally crushed on the Southeastern salvage chairs too. In fact, I bought one of the acacia wood ones but the seat back height is too large for my farm table.

    Nice to meet you!

I would put the pillow in the center of my leather couch!

  64. I am an avid reader of your blog but have not commented until now. I live in Alabama only 5 minutes from where the tornado came through our city. Fortunately, we were among the few that have little damage. Our friends and neighbors have lost some or all of their things and/or houses. So the comment is for the pillow! I am envisioning this pillow in my friends house who was partly damaged by the tornado. As their house is restored I'd like to give her this as a "Tetelesti - "It is Finished."!

Thank You for such an encouraging blog and an inspiration to my decor!

  149. Shelli, this is an amazing giveaway! I love that there was no criteria for it. I know I missed entering, but I just wanted to tell you that this is great!

    ReplyDelete
  150. Tetelesti is greek and does mean, literally, "it is finished". The connotation of the word, however, is one of finishing a transaction. First century wasn't a "cash and go" society. Completing a transaction could take days. Read about Boaz's negotiations in the book of Ruth for an eample. Please consider what it might mean to you if the words of Jesus of Nazareth spoken on your behalf were "Paid In Full".
