The King Guest Room
I ADORE this arched doorway and juliet balcony!
THE FYI (a mix of high and low):
-The bed frame and side tables are from Storehouse Outlet (no longer exists)
-The duvet is from HomeGoods ($49.99) (ps my mom found this first, then me, then my bff made me buy one for her- popular duvet in my circle, lol)
-The ivory matlasse euro shams are from Potterybarn clearance ($19.99 each)
-The 20x20 throw pillow were made from dwell studio napkins ($6.99 each)
-The bed bolster (stolen from downstairs until my new one arrives) was a dwell studio table runner
-The gold lamp bases are from HomeGoods (had UGLY shades) ($29.99 each!)
-The NEW ivory lampshades are from HomeGoods ($9.99 each!)
-The driftwood tower is from HomeGoods ($69.99!) The first one was bought from under my nose and I stalked the next week and another one showed up! That never happens!
-The gold round mirror is from HomeGoods ($24.99!)
-The aqua hydrangea prints are from HomeGoods ($24.99 each!)
-The settee was a splurge from P.D.'s ($699) but I LOOOOVE it, had to have it.
-The bolster on the settee is from P.D's ($49.99)
-The rectangle mirrors behind the lamps are from P.D's ($39.99 each!)
-The Celerie Kimble pillow, Bleeker print in Absinthe is from Elegant Touch on etsy (paid $45, it has now gone up to $55)
-The glass bird vase is from TJMaxx ($4.99)
-The curtain panels are from Potterybarn, Peyton Grommet Drape, Oatmeal, 108", ($109 per panel) I have these in almost every room of my home

DeleteAs I've mentioned before I need to move closer to a HomeGoods! You find the best stuff. I love your duvet. The colors are so peaceful and elegant. Your settee is gorgeous! It was worth the splurge! Beautiful guest room.
